LORI A. REED, Front Office Manager

Lori joined Ultimate after six years at Roddel and Associates, another company providing salespeople to builders’ sales office. She assisted the President, the V.P. of Sales and Marketing and Regional Sales Managers with the marketing and pre-sale programs of communities. Lori processed and distributed Weekly Sales and Closings Reports and Quarterly Buyer Profile Reports for management and builders. She also planned numerous events such as Del Mar Day at the Races and holiday parties for management and the salespeople.

Lori is task-focused and devoted to assisting our builder-partners and Ultimate staff. She believes in servicing our builder-partners quickly and efficiently. Lori approaches her duties in a disciplined manner and believes in building strong relationships with our builder-partners and their respective administrative teams.

Before entering into the new home industry, she was Project Manager and Customer Service Agent at COMPEX INTERNATIONAL, a patio furniture import company. She worked with the Design team and overseas offices in China and Taiwan. Her primary duties were making sure that the delivery of containers shipments arrived on time at retail stores such as Target, KMART, Fortunoff, Menards, KOHLS, and HomeBase.

Lori is a Graduate of Concordia University with a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts, emphasis in Literature. Along with her studies, she helped ESL students prepare for the United States Citizenship test and she provided the students with an English/Spanish dictionary so they could practice their English. Lori coordinated the “Spark of Love” donation drive asking the company’s salespeople and management to donate an unused toy. She received a tremendous response and upon receipt of the unused toys she delivered them to the City of Orange Fire Department. She enjoys kickboxing as a practitioner and as an instructor.
